50 shades of Twilight

Okay now like I said before I heard nothing but great things about this Trilogy so I decided to indulge and well I'm kinda disappointed, lets start from the top! Okay so I start the first book and well it's a some what catchy story line for the hopeless romantic S&M Then as I keep reading I'm thinking 2 things one this story seems somewhat familiar and two seriously who the hell has sex this much!!! I don't have time man!!! I need to clean the house do laundry run errands pay bills feed the kids pay attention to the kids play with the kids make meals "socialize" and possibly bathe!!! I mean even when Tev and I didn't have children I don't think we were doing it 6 times a damn day! really?????? AHHH HA it dawns on me this book is TWILIGHT!!! With a few twist here and there and some sex and non vampires!!! Holy shit what a rip off to late now I'm already reading the second book might as well finish what I started!! So I do and can one of these women please just write a book from the mans point of view? Because I'm so sick of hearing how ugly you think you are and how pretty your best friend is wah wah wah wine and cheese wine and cheese I'm over it...The best chapter in that book was the last from Christian's point of view...and honestly how many times do you have to tell someone "If something happened to you I just don't know what I'd do?" I mean in all honesty I've been with my husband around 7 or so yrs (we don't count not sure exactly LOL) he's never once said that to me nor have I ever put myself in a position to where he had and on top of that I know what he'd do without me ....I've seen his journal lmfao jk he doesn't have a journal ......that I know of! But all and all I didn't buy the books I only borrowed and I'm glad it's a one read kinda deal. Feel free to give me your input  BTW sorry I know this it totally of the pin test project I just had to get this out there lol

It's His party and he'll Cry if he wants to!

It's been a busy few weeks, I'm still working on some larger pins that take some time and well I got roped into reading 50 Shades the trilogy which I'll do a post about and get your feed back as well, but I did do a few little pins for my son Rydens 2nd Birthday!!!!! So here are the pins http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214801778/ Andddd http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214801772/ one more http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214736677/.... Okay so while doing these few easy pins and the reason why I chose these pins is just that "easy" except the cake but I did my own version I chose these because I was busy doing what every mom does before a party or people over your house ( That doesn't have a made or Mrs.Jones) I was Cleaning the SHIT out of my house, doing the whole ohh no My house allllllways looks like this please eat off the floor its sparkles for heaven sake...Yea not so easy with 2 kids under 2 meanwhile wrapping presents, preparing food making a cake, entertaining 2 nuggets while running my lil business and trying to spend time with the hubs! So like I said that's why I chose 3 easy pins. Now I didn't take step by step pictures of these because well hell I didn't have time and also it's pretty self explanatory if it isn't then well I'm surprised you can read this blog at all so Congrats to you, you'll receive a gold star!!! lol I'm such an ass my apologise ...

okay so Birthday cake we'll start there!

I did a confetti cake with chocolate icing and cream cheese I used food coloring and sent hubs to the dollar tree to pick up misc car crap (which by the way didn't last long on the cake after my son saw it and insisted he needed the cars asap or he would throw a complete bitch fit until he got them lol, thank god this pic was take right after I removed the foil!!!)

Next vanilla wafer banana sandwich.....seriously....do you need me to explain?? Moving on

Rice Crispy treat stop lights, Now this one is simple as well and I don't need to give you a step by step just read the box and Purchase so M&M's but before you do beware I'm quiet pissed at the company that makes these delicious treats you see we purchased 4 pouches and the entire bunch there were only 10 at the most red M&M's!!!!! WTF so I did what any mom would do when she's ran out of time and guest are starting to show up and I hid the non stop light one's underneath!!! urghh I'm still irritated!! in one bag it had 00000 NONE NADDA!!! But I will not dwell in the past I'm moving forward to bigger and better pins!!!

Dress to impress!

Sorry I've been a lil MIA lately lots going om around here, but I managed  to get a beautiful dress done for one of my hubby's friends lil girl!!! Yeaa so Lets begin this is a pretty simple pin in my mind ...You don't have to be a wizard or magician to figure this one out! Here's the pin http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214502815/

Things you need:
1.) Ribbon ( medium width but really any size would work it's just a matter on how much time you want to invest in wrapping the elastic)

2.) Thread and a needle or a sewing machine

3.) Medium width elastic

4.) Satin ribbon

5.) Tulle

Okay so you start out by measuring how big you need I went off a toddler size chart online to know her size roughly, next you stretch the elastic so that it stretched a lil beyond about 2 inches or so from the width you want and you cut.
Then your going to stitch the 2 cut ends of the elastic together like so ^

After you select the type of ribbon you wish to wrap around the elastic then the tedious part begins, I personally hated this part and tried to get my husband to tag in and help....which didn't happen lol
I only had really thin ribbon or huge thick ribbon so I opted to do the super thin which took FORRREEEVEERR. I suggest a medium width ribbon.

Here's a pic of the ribbon fully wrapped around the elastic.

Next you need to figure out the lenght you want the tulle I figures in between the knees and ankles so I wrapped mine around my husbands arms over and over and over again and cut only one end

After that's done next you wand to stretch the elastic not fully but enough to get a sturdy grip and to make sure the dress if very fluffy and full. Next you start to knot the tulle onto the elastic wrapped with ribbon, using a larks head knot you knot the tulle onto the elastic I added one extra knot as well to ensure that the tulle would not loosen.
lol yup that's my foot, classy eh????
then once it is complete take your large satin ribbon and run a small stitch in the back of the dress on a piece of the tulle through the satin ribbon to hold the ribbon in place. I did a lose stitch just so when she gets a little bit bigger she can use this as a tutu and the thread will remove easily.

Pretty cute huh? I still need to trim down my bow but you get the drift!!!!! I'm working on some big projects the next few wks that will take some time, along with my sons 2nd Bday this weekend and I'll be using lots of pins for that as well so stay tuned!!!

Are you a good witch or a bad Witch

Okay so I had fun with this one!! By the way there are 6 of these available I used 2 different pins for this one, I made a witches leg book mark! check it out here http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214549194/ okay and to make this I used this pin as well http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214534414/ now I did do the hand print of my son but it kinda bubbled and popped so we're gonna re-try when I can get both the nuggets to be awake during this process and maybe even get some booty prints done lmfao, Yes I'll be that mom with instead of hand and foot prints I have ass prints hanging in my house!
Okay so what you'll need:
1.) 1/2 cup of flour
2.) 1/2 cup of salt
3.) water mix
4.) I used nail polish but Paint you can use also
5.) index cards
6.) Elmer's glue
7.) a knife

Okay mix the flour, salt and water till you get a non sticky dough, next shape it in whatever the hell you want to make really...then put it on parchment paper and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool and paint!! So I did a witches leg bookmark, mine didn't turn out as awesome as the one in the pic but hey it was my first shot at it, I'm sure the next batch I make to do the kids butts I'll have some left over and can retry then. So here's the break down
 Making the dough
Shaping  the dough (I used a baby nail file to help with the shaping)

 Baked and painted
I took a knife and made a sliver in the top and put a drop of Elmer's glue over the slit and put two index cards inside for the book mark
The down fall.....The dough split open in the back..Now I did add a lil more flour to my mixture because at one point it was to sticky so I think that's where I went wrong
Finished product! not to shabby for homemade! like I said I have I believe six available that I need to paint so if you want them you can have them ...I'm keeping two :)

Damn Black heads

Here's a simple 3 that are really quick, first is a nail whitener (which I needed because I wear dark polish so it gets stained ) Mix peroxide and baking soda and scrub with a tooth brush....This worked check it out
http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214666234/

check out these ugly Flintstone feet with blue and purple polish stains......I'm sexy and I know it!
 Here's the after! Pretty awesome!

Moving on Next was put vanilla extract into a coffee mug and bake on 350 for 30 mins ...so I grabbed the failed Grandma mug and poured http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214638708/

So this did work not over powering but it did work it helped with the horrible smell of vinegar in my house!! Thank god!

Last but not least! Is a black head remover..http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214562413/..What you'll need is
1.) lemon
2.) honey
3.) black heads

Put a few drops of honey on a lemon and rub in the problem areas....let set for 3-5 minutes I did mine for 15 ..it kept dripping in my mouth which tasted pretty good lol!! A Treatment and a treat lol...so I noticed that my blackheads are either gone or less noticeable so Bonus!!!

I'm Melting!!!!

So we've all seen those diets on Pinterest well I started one doing one yesterday http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214659850/  it's the 7 day diet and I'll be keeping you updated on my status as I'm doing it so lets begin
First day:
I feel like I'm Fuc*&^% starving!! I'm looking at my chubby daughter and thinking one lil bite from her mmmm lol so I cheated and not just once 3 times!!! I had 2 chips (sun chips) one lil and I mean lil cookie and a quarter of a roast beef sandwich!

Day 2: Woke this morning not feeling like I'm starving so that's a plus!!! I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds!!!! woohoo... I ate a big bowl of steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots ...still full and it's 2:30 so hey awesome. So I cheated again!! Ugh I'm horrible I had a new castle and 3 big ass cookies!!! ugh It tasted soooooo goood though I'm not sorry it was worth it!

Day 3: So I woke up this morning and I lost 1/2 a pound (would have probably lost more but I cheated yesterday, but hey any weight loss is good weight loss right? Okay I'm gonna do my best to stay dedicated today in hopes I can lose 2 pounds tomorrow! Omg I'm such a cheater!!! lmfao oh well half  beer and 2 large ass cookies consumed ....why god why!! DAMN YOU COOKIES

Day 4: So today I am totally Ill prepared I have 2 of the things I can eat today, I have no clue what I was thinking!!! I think I'll send hubby to the store, otherwise if I go I think I'll be that closet fat girl in the aisles eating donuts, cereal and candy bars with nothing left but the wrapper to scan at the check out! Down another 1/2 pound :(

Day 5: So I woke up eager this morning to see my weight loss since I did not cheat yesterday and to my surprise ....Nothing Nadda Not one DAMN POUND !!!!! WTF!!!!! So diet what your telling me is if I cheat I will lose weight??? Where's those cookies Mommas Hungry! So I had to eat Beef and Tomatoes today not to shabby I was out and about all day for work so I got 2 hamburger patties and some beef jerky fingers crossed for tomorrows weight check...

Day 6: I woke up this morning and did my weigh in and I'm down 2 more pounds wooooohooooooooo. I ate some hamburger meat and squash and was overly full so it's gotten alot easier these last few days to be satisfied compared to the first 3 hopefully tomorrow I have another successful weigh in, I just want to be back to my pre pregnancy weight it's been 4 months and I still don't fit in my clothes!! only 11 more pounds to lose!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 7: I was eager to see if I woke up looking like a super model!! and well no such luck I gained a pound and a half!! How the Hell is that even possible!!!!!I ate perfectly! ugh whatever I see pizza in my future!!

So all and all I lost about 5 pounds in 7 days the first 2-3 days were the hardest, but it did get easier after that. So for 5 pounds I guess it was worth it now I have 12 more to lose! I need a get rich and thin plan in a week and I would be a happy girl!

This lil piggy went to the market

So Hubbys feet are gross!!! Yea yea so I'm a manicurist why don't I just fix them right? Wrong I'm tired from my motherly duties and working on building my company and now this lil project...I have heavy duty callus remover but we decided to try the all natural way http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214634020/\

What you'll need"
1.) some type of bucket or tub
2.) epsom salt
3.) screw the tooth brush that shit didn't work so you need some type of foot sander

Gross right!?!?
Put about a cup of epsom salt in hot water make sure you can put your feet in still so not to hot

let sit for 30-45 minutes ....see the damn video game 24/7 ugh men!
Then had him scrub his feet with my Chi foot sander (you can get at a beauty supply) this link says to use a tooth brush maybe that would work if your feet weren't as bad as his!!

here's the after!
So yes this did work fairly well for a home method and not having to bust out my professional grade products!

Washin and Tone'n up Yo

So I felt like doing a DIY on beauty products so I got a few homemade versions done and here's one a homemade Toner http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214620124/  and before I did that one I tried the homemade Microderm http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214549223/  so the homemade toner lets begin there!
What you'll need:
  1.) Roughly 2 lemons
  2.) Witch Hazel
  3.) a squirt bottle

mix 1/2 cup of lemon juice with 1/2 cup of witch hazel and whalla instant homemade toner!!

Okay so my face did feel alot better after doing this so I say it's a wiener! By the way I have one bottle EXTRA! If anyone wants it it's free Just pay shipping or pick up! Donations are always welcome ;P

Okay next is the homemade Microderm
Mix 3 parts baking soda with one part water and make a paste, apply to face in small circular motions and rinse when entire face has been scrubbed.
 My before pic
and my after! No those aren't acne scars there albino freckles (yes no joke albino freckles they fall out all leave tiny holes and only show when I'm tan! hence the paleness! I'm a freak man)
So all and all I'd say these two used in the same night feel pretty good, I dunno how my make up looks yet since I haven't worn any since I did this but I will let you know :)

ugh I hate the smell

Okay so I tried this lil booger http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214660852/ Okay so you heat up 12 oz of vinegar (plain white is fine unless you have commercial grade) I used regular white vinegar, then you add 12 oz of Dawn dish soap to the mix and whalla you have homemade bathroom cleaner!! Now I loathe the smell of vinegar ugh give me the heeby jeebys, always reminds me of my mom in a bad mood cleaning her coffee pot lol. So we don't use the tub in our front bathroom and I seriously have no idea when the last time it was "cleaned, cleaned" so I used this as a example. I squirted the solution all over the tub and side walls and shower doors and let it set for over an hr, figured while I was at it I'd do our toilet to!!

Things you need :
1.)Vinegar
2.)Water
3.)some type of heating devise
4.)squirt bottle

Before (gross I know...don't don't judge!) okay judge me because I would totally judge you if this was your blog!
once it's applied (letting set for and hr) the re applied and let set over night

lightly scrubbed with an old loofa
not to shabby for homemade bathroom cleaner along with the fact I lightly scrubbed with a loofa, I give this one a 3 1/2 star on a five star scale

To be or not to Bre.....

Okay so here's the plan I'm hoping on getting these done over the weekend so I can take a few days off to actually "work" since I've been lagging so here's the pins so you all can either try them out or read about them to know what there all about
1.) http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214660852/ my tub in our front bathroom could use this so before and after pics will follow

2.) http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214620124/ now I can't actually show you if the toner works but I'll give my feed back and let you know how my make up applys and if I have that "glow"

3.)http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214611890/ the only thing I don't like about this one is it seems waste full yeah It's cheaper but I have to make a batch every time I wanna  do a face mask? we'll see if it's worth it

4.) http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214640990/ I've worked in a spa for 11 yrs and you always here about cucumber and tea bags to remove dark rings under the eye...I've never seen a difference on any clients but yea sure for $15 bucks I'll cut a cucumber for ya and soak some tea bags and throw them on your eyes.....before and after pic to follow...now lets see if I get a chance to actually lay with them on my eyes or will I have to tape them and walk around to do my motherly duties....maybe I'll hide in the bathroom

5.) http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214638708/ Why not this takes little effort and I can use grandmas coffee mug!!! bahahaha

6.) http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214638708/ and I'm gonna do this little doosy starting tomorrow...needless to say I've drank a beer and ate about 4 cookies already so that I can get my yum yum's in before I die on this diet!!

Okay so there ya have it the things I plan to conquer this weekend (except the diet that takes a week) and if I get them all done sweet maybe I can add a few more for shits and giggles ...but I definitely need to do my custom orders there backing up!!! argh

Smashing!

Ok so I felt in a mushy kinda loving mood today so I went with this pin http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214602332/ and decided I'd make my husband one from out wedding song, My mom a cup from her grandson and my BFE (Best est Friend Ever) a plate with a saying she adores...So I went to dollar tree and picked up two white plates and one coffee mug. This also requires a Sharpe so I got 2 one fine and one bold...Now it says to just write what the hell ever on it you feel so I did and then bake them at 150 for 30 minutes and I did...
     Here's what you need
and this is it before the oven, not sure if I preferred the Fine or the Bold Sharpie
 Awww how cute right??
WRONG This shit is bunk! It did not work!!! Now it does stay if you plan on never using a sponge to it lightly or getting it wet and having something rub on it ...not sure if the dishwasher takes this off because I was so Pissed when I lightly took the soft side of the sponge to it and it was wiping off I said "Fu** It" damn you for getting me excited and making me deal with the crazies at dollar tree...But whateves I'm gonna give the mug to my mom and not tell her it rubs off and that I paid $ 30 to have Ryden do this ...Bahahahaa

A little mood lighting if I may

Okay so I decided to do a lil pin I saw but since I didn't have what it required I improvised! Here's the pin http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214389232/ Now you need parchment to do this pin and since I didn't have that I went with plain white computer paper and cut half like moons like this

Then I took a couple markers and proceeded to color it into a American Flag like I was 6 years old ...lol
Hey I'm going for cute not perfect people so stay with me...

Then I folded it back and forth into about a quarter inch folds like sooo..

Then with the pieces I connected them with tape and hid that in a fold

Then I set a tea light inside a cute soup mason jar (from fresh and easy they pack soups in them) sat my lil homemade shade on top and wallah, I'll revisit this one once I have the proper tools but hey I thought it was cute..

I can Sew Glue that!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!! BE SAFE! Thank you to everyone who has came and checked this blog out and also for suggesting certain pins and sending me the links or tagging me in them it's much appreciated and it makes this that more fun to get you guys in on it with me! So here's this link for the Project today http://pinterest.com/pin/148126275214641047/ it's Notions and pin cushion holder this retails on etsy for over $40 bucks!! I got my mason jars from Walmart for around $10 and it came in a 12 pack also I used scrap fabric you only need like 3 to 4 inches around ...also I scrapped the whole sewing the pillow and decided to hot glue instead, only because my Nuggets are sleeping and I don't dare poke the bear at the zoo...Now I did this project at 2 am the only time I would be able to do a project for today considering it's 4th of July and we'll be partying! (drunken craft project to follow baha)  Okay so things you'll need:

1.)Hot glue gun
2.)Mason or canning Jar
3.)Fabric about a 4in in diameter piece
4.)Poly-fil (pillow stuffing)
5.) Anything you want to decorate it with

Okay so I cut my fabric and heated up my Glue gun. Then I laid the inner seal lid on top of the fabric upside down (not the print of the fabric is facing down not towards me) then I started to fold and press the fabric like I was upholstering but I folded it with some slack for the stuffing and leaving a small enough space to be able to add my stuffing in between the lid and the fabric.

Okay now I have to stuff the cushion and well I don't want the underneath of the lid looking like a Rob Zombie flick so I cut a piece of my pink satin into a circle to cover this hot mess

I DID IT!! I added a ribbon around the base and a button for the center of the bow with a few lil jems here and there on the lid....I preferred doing this with the lace and satin because on the one I pinned it looks like burlap and well No thank you I like my version better....now mind you I burnt the shit out of my fingers a whole bunch during this process but It was worth it...so worth it I made one for my mom

So I have to say this turned out way better then the button bowl!!!
